We don’t process refunds directly — instead, we guide you through the correct process to make your claim successful and stress-free.


2. How does the consultation work?

After purchasing your Refund Consultation, you’ll receive an email confirming your booking.
A member of our expert team will contact you to schedule your one-on-one session. During the consultation, we’ll assess your situation, provide tailored advice, and guide you through each step until your case is resolved.


3. Can I get a refund for a service?

Because our consultations are digital and time-based services, they cannot be returned once delivered.
Refunds are only offered if:
 • The session was not delivered due to a technical or scheduling issue on our side, or
 • You cancelled before the consultation was scheduled.

4. How long does it take to receive my consultation?

Most consultations are scheduled within 24–48 hours after your purchase.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your next steps shortly after checkout.


5. What if I miss my consultation?

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 12 hours before your appointment.
Missed sessions without notice may be marked as completed and non-refundable.


6. Is my information kept private?

Yes — all client information is kept strictly confidential.
We comply fully with UK GDPR and never share your data with third parties unless required for service delivery (e.g., payment processing or scheduling).
