At Refify, we provide digital consultation and support services, which means no physical items are shipped. All services are delivered electronically via email, messaging, or scheduled virtual sessions.

2. Service Delivery

Once your order is confirmed and payment has been received, you will receive:
 • A confirmation email with your order details.
 • Instructions on how to access or schedule your consultation.

Delivery times vary depending on the service purchased, but most consultations are arranged within 24–48 hours of purchase.

3. No Physical Shipping

Since Refify does not sell or dispatch physical goods, there are:
 • No delivery fees,
 • No postal tracking, and
 • No shipping times to wait for.

All access links or meeting details are sent digitally to the email provided during checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct to avoid delays.

4. Missed or Delayed Sessions

If you are unable to attend a scheduled consultation, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance to reschedule.
If you miss your appointment without notice, it may be marked as completed and non-refundable.
